Sauce of chicken mushroom soup: 8g salt, 5g chili pepper, 5g cooking wine, 3g aginomoto and 5g sesame oil.

The followings are process to make chicken mushroom soup. First, cut the chicken into cubes, and wash and cut mushroom into cubes. Second, put the chicken cubes into boil water for 10 minutes and get out them. Third, put chicken and mushroom cubes into clean water mixing with sesame oil and ginger until boil and then put salt, chili pepper, cooking wine and againomoto for 40 minutes and the other minutes for goji and at last put green onion. During the process you need about 90 minutes. If you cook this chicken mushroom soup for patients, it is better to cook to cook longer.
